“The place is beautiful, and the sights are amazing. I especially loved the incredible view of the volcano. However, what I didn’t like was the bathroom. The electrical box is placed in a location where, every time we take a shower, the handle gives us an electric shock. This is very concerning and should be addressed for the safety of the guests. “Je le conseille très sympa comme place”

“A very nice hotel; the location is perfect, and the staff’s service was exceptional. The only issue is the maintenance of the property. There was a lack of cleanliness in the rooms.”
