“Our room was 2 and a half hours delayed so we had to wait. our bags was tagged and everything was nice. The restaurant was about to open so they told us to wait outside, for only 10 minutes of waiting time! There where others there but no one told them to go away. The cafe was nice with a huge smoked salmon sandwich and a great Caesar salad. Finally, we got our rooms and they sent the bags up yo our room, unfortunately, the wrong ones. The pool looked more like a aquarium than a pool. Dirty,oily...

“The area is very nice and safe. There are nice sidewalks and fairly easy walks to see the ocean and go to restaurants. Great breakfast buffet and comfortable beds. I was disappointed in a few things considering the cost: incredibly noisy streets right by the windows, rooms are absolutely not “sound proof” as advertised, wifi didn’t reach my room, the hotel lists “beach access” but that’s not true, restaurant food is mediocre, wall outlets aren’t reliable, overall you can tell money isn’t being...

“Great stay of 4 days with my family. We had a suite and needed a crib for my daughter which was there waiting for us when we arrived. We even arrived early and weren't able to let them know but they had the room ready all the same since they new the flight times and accounted for that. Really great spot, just a bit of left over garbage and dirt in the bathroom but otherwise it was lovely.”

“Really efficient and friendly staff in the lobby. I don't like giving bad reviews but the room was very dated. It was at the top of the stairwell, 312, and very noisy also. The room seemed like it needs an upgrade. Breakfast was good. The staff we're efficient and attentive in a non overbearing way.”

“Tiene lo.justo y necesario para pasarlo bien. Caja de seguridad en la habitación. Excelente limpieza y lo básico para entretenerse en un día de lluvia dentro del hotel. A destacar el excelente desayuno, a mejorar la temperatura del agua del jacuzzi y la pile. El resto todo muy bien, volvería sin dudarlo. ”
