“Everything about this property is wonderful. We cannot say enough about the hotel staff! Literally, EVERYTHING was great. We highly recommend this place. Take the little plane to the Limon airport and just have them set up your transportation. They'll have someone waiting for you. We had zero problems. Everything went as smooth as possible because of the Awa staff! We will return to the Caribbean coast of Punta Cana and most definitely stay at the Awa Beach Hotel again! I'd give them 10 stars...

“We are two families and some friends. We were 8 at one point. 6 most of the time. The house fit perfectly. Three very comfortable bedrooms each with its own bathroom and very welcome air conditioning. Upstairs open air couch desk and hammock. “I can't rave enough about this bungalow! We loved being able to walk out the gate to one of the most beautiful beaches I have been to! The bungalow is clean and comfortable, kitchen is a little tight, but manageable. Property manager Pablo, resolved a problem with the safe quickly, and also set up a tour of Refugio de Manzanillo with Abel, whom I highly recommend! "The hotel area is great since you basically live in a jungle with tropical plants and animals everywhere. The pool is nice, clean and warm water. The AC was a necessity since it's really hot and humid. The breakfast buffé was good. The beach is literally right outside the hotel area. "

"Vi hade en underbar vecka på Banana Azul! Personalen var glad, trevlig och gjorde sitt yttersta för att vår vistelse skulle bli så bra som möjligt. Maten på restaurangen var fantastisk, och frukosten hade tre fasta rätter plus dagens specialitet som varierande. Vi bodde i ett separat litet hus som heter Colibri, och blev först lite tveksamma när det inte fanns a/c i hettan, men takfläkten och öppet fönster (med inbyggt myggnät) gjorde sitt, så vi sov gott med ljudet från havet i bakgrunden. Vi hade absolut kunnat stanna kvar längre, och rekommenderar absolut ett besök här. "
