“When we got to our room the sheets looked like they were dirty. I let the staff know and asked them to change the sheets. They made our beds but didnt change our sheets like requested. ”

“After checking into a different hotel prior and experiencing an absolute disgusting room we changed over to the Hampton and have a top notch experience from the beginning. Brianna provided all the information and got us all checked in quickly.”

“The staff was very nice and helped in getting us a couple of extra request we needed. The only comment I’d make for some improvement would be to update in usb ports for charging phone etc. Lowering the bathing products so younger shorter kids can reach them and an adjustable shower to make it lower and easier for shorter than a 6 ft person to adjust the spray head and lastly heavier comforters for the bedding. “DO NOT STAY HERE. Check in was fine but then once we got to the room that’s where it went South. The room was filthy , the sheets had blood, bodily fluids and covered in someone else’s hair. Everything in the room was covered in dust and the toilet seat was cracked in half. We returned to the desk where the worker did appologize and gave us another room , that was even worse. Everything was broke in there , tv and cabinets and then there was no comforters and the sheets were dirty as well. ”
