“Yes the light fixture was hanging in the one room it was like that when we arrived I took a picture and all the windows were unlocked an there was a small cigarette like burn on the comforter in the room with the two beds I took a picture of that as well other wise the home is perfect Thank you! We are enjoying our time and plan to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool ”

“The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. The windows had no screen in them so you couldn’t open the windows to let the air in ”

“Stayed there 2 nights attending a event first upon checking in pretty seamless got the key card dropped off the luggage came back after the event only to find out to late we have no bathroom supplies empty toilet paper roll ran down to the front desk to get one. Tried to take a shower zero water pressure and the shower drain backed up. The bathroom sink had a trickle of warm water nothing else. Came back in the afternoon of day 2 the key card would not work 3 trips back to the front dest and on...

“The hotel was conveniently close to I-80. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was good. We especially loved the biscuits!”

“Nice rooms and comfortable beds. The restaurant down stairs was great for dinner. We were told they had breakfast 7-10 but they still were not open when we left after 8am. The shower is poorly designed, you have to be all the way inside to turn it on, so you either soak your clothes and step out or get soaked with freezing cold water until it heats up. “Front desk associate was rude, and my neighbors in the room next to me were in a full blown fight and they didn’t do anything. I had my daughter with me whom was terrified. The breakfast is nothing more than a bagel, jelly, cereal and warm milk. The pool is green, and the stone inside the pool is coming off, cut my daughter’s toe. The room offered 4 very small throw pillows rather actual pillows for beds. Very sketchy, nasty, ran down! ”

“Staff was excellent , food choices were good , pool room was warm and plenty of seating only thing i didn’t like was the bathroom had a smell from the sink . My husband is a plumber and he said it was from residue build up in the drain that was making the smell so couldn’t do much about that but we were on the go and not in our room much ”
