  • This property is made up of three self-catering cottages which can be booked individually or part of this group. Take a look at Beudy Lleuddad (sleeps 6), Corlan Lleuddad (sleeps 4), and Stabal Lleuddad (sleeps 8) for more information on each individual cottage.


    Looking for accommodation for your extended family or group of friends where you can all be together and also enjoy your own space? These 3 stunning cottages are all located together on part of a working farm (not interlinked) and from the doorstep of your holiday accommodation Llyn Peninsula is yours to discover. Llyn Peninsula’s beautiful coastline forms a stunning horizon to the peaceful countryside views enjoyed from this private setting, with the nearest sandy beach being only 2 miles away. Central to all the main attractions of the Llyn Peninsula and a designated area of outstanding natural beauty.

    Stabal Lleuddad Information (Unit 1 – sleeps 8):

    Ground Floor

    Character oak kitchen with slate floor and farmhouse pine table for 8. Dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine and fridge freezer included, as are all the other appliances that you would expect from a 5 star cottage. Beautiful, double height room with open beams that creates a great sense of space.

    Large separate living room with leather settees, underfloor heating and a woodburner, large flat screen TV, and DVD.

    Bedroom 1 - Large downstairs double bedroom with black iron bed, wall mounted television, armchairs and coffee table for your morning coffee. Large patio doors also lead out to your own patio area with table and benches.

    Ground floor bathroom with freestanding bath and separate, wet-room style shower. Heated towel rail, WC and basin, lighted mirror with shaver point and underfloor heating.

    Upstairs

    Bedroom 2 – A second double room with a beautiful pine sleigh bed, stunning sea and countryside views.

    Bedroom 3 (and 4) - Two interconnecting twin bedrooms with single pine beds and sloping eaves. Interconnecting door from the first twin room through to the second and they can be used as two twin rooms or one room for four. This cosy area is ideal for children.

    Fully tiled shower room with heated towel rail, WC and basin.



    Beudy Lleuddad Information (Unit 2 – sleeps 6) :

    Ground Floor

    Spacious, cream ‘shaker’ style kitchen with a farmhouse pine table. Double height room with an open beamed ceiling and luxurious slate floor with underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need, including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and the all important coffee machine to get you ready for the Welsh fresh air.

    The living room features a solid oak floor with comfortable large leather sofas and a woodburner. The flat screen television comes with a DVD player.

    Bedroom 1 - Double bedroom with cream iron double bed, breathtaking sea and countryside views and an exposed stone wall feature.

    Bedroom 2 - Second double bedroom also has a cream iron double bed and magnificent sea and countryside views.

    Stylish bathroom with an impressive bath and a wet-room style shower, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

    Upstairs

    At the top of the stairs is a cosy ‘snug’ room with another TV and a large leather bean bag. This room also comes with a DVD player – a perfect retreat for the children.

    Bedroom 3 - The twin room is a traditional ‘crogloft’ that’s accessed via the snug room, with sloping eaves and exposed stone wall.



    Corlan Lleuddad Information (Unit 3 – sleeps 4) :

    Ground Floor

    Spacious open plan living area with underfloor heating. This double height room includes a beautiful kitchen, dining area and lounge with a view – perfect for relaxing.

    Fully equipped, modern kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. Farmhouse pine table with seating for 4.

    Lounge area with comfortable leather sofas, large flat screen TV, DVD player. Views over the garden area and beyond through the patio doors.

    Bedroom 1 - Cosy ground floor double bedroom with cream iron double bed, slate floor and underfloor heating.

    The stylish bathroom includes a ‘P’ shaped bath, shower above and a heated towel rail.

    Upstairs

    Bedroom 2 - Gallery twin room with sloping eaves accessed from living area via impressive, locally crafted stairs. *Please note that as the twin room is a gallery room, it is not suitable for young children.

    Garden

    Whilst every cottage has its own patio area with tables and chairs, the whole area in front of the cottages can be used as a communal area. From the elevated patio area outside your holiday accommodation Llyn Peninsula offers a wonderful surrounding, with views all the way to the sea on the horizon.

    There is also another communal garden behind the cottages with a garden table. This spacious lawn is ideal for the pets, a game of football etc.

    - A welcome pack of local produce provided in each cottage including Bara Brith and eggs.

    - The following items are also provided at the cottage for your stay… Kitchen: kitchen roll, dishcloth, scourer and brush to wash dishes, washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs. Bathroom: toilet rolls. General products: bin bags, candles, matches, torch, brillo and a range of cleaning products. Utility: Laundry powder and conditioner for washing machine.

    - Bed linen, hand and bath towels included. One hairdryer per double room.

    - Heating and electricity included. Oil underfloor heating on ground floor, radiators on first floor.

    - Wifi available

    - Fire wood provided

    - Up to 5 well behaved dogs welcome at £25 per dog per stay. (Up to 2 dogs in the two larger cottages, 1 in the smaller cottage)
