"The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was very disappointing. There was visible mold in several areas, and the entire building smelled strongly of smoke, which made the atmosphere quite unpleasant. The soundproofing was very poor, so it was difficult to rest due to constant noise from both inside and outside the hotel. In addition, there were many flies in the room, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The “self-service” breakfast had a very limited selection and did not meet expectations for this hotel category. Although the hotel is rated as a three-star property, in my opinion, it barely meets the standard of a one-star hotel. I would not recommend staying here until major improvements are made"

"It was a very nice nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and service minded. I appreciate that the Hotel os not many meters away from a subway station om the circle line which makes it super easy to get anywhere in Seoul!"
