“Fint hotel som hör ihop med Sofitel. Bra restauranger i hotellet och i omgivningarna. Det har bra faciliteter som Gym, bastu och en varm 25-meters pool. Rymligt rum som till och med har tvättmaskin, kokplatta och stort kylskåp.”

“Good location. Walking distance to train station and bus terminal. No air conditioning.”

“Very nice rooms helpful staff even as non Chinese speaker”

“Elegant and beautiful with superb service! We had a beautiful view of the park, the room was superbly appointed with anything you could want and the service was impeccable. Just pick up the phone and a robot will bring you extra soap or coffee pods! And the in-person staff were always friendly and professional. Old school (but totally modern) and highly recommended.”

“The location was excellent - close to the wildlife park and botanic gardens as well as some excellent walking through rehabilitated forest to high, surprisingly interesting cemeteries. Little English spoken but reception staff were very adept at using their phones for translation. The breakfast was outstanding. All staff were warm, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.”
