“È stato un vero piacere soggiornare a casa Kita, l'accoglienza e la simpatia dei proprietari ti fa sentire come a casa propria, la cura dell'arredamento e la vista incantevole sulla val di Chiana con lo scorcio del Trasimeno rendono la permanenza indimenticabile. La camera Lena dove abbiamo alloggiato è un piccolo scrigno dei ricordi lasciati dalla mamma di uno dei proprietari. ”

“Our stay was aboslutely wonderful! The house and farm lies high up in the Tuscan hills and we were immersed in lush greenery with a river flowing nearby. Lorenzo was very welcoming and cooked us a delicious Tuscan dinner every night. We also loved his beautiful dog and two cats who made our stay extra nice! The room was sprakling clean and very cozy. ”

“Ferdinando, Valentino, Alex and Sophie were the most amazing hosts! Alex and Sophie are their newly adopted four legged friends and we just loved their company!🐾🐾 The breakfast was amazing with homemade yogurt that was just fabulous! Ferdinando could not do enough for us! He lit the woodfire each morning and even left us an umbrella outside our room. The B & B is spotlessly clean and really quiet! “Luogo molto rilassante immerso nella natura. Accoglienza fantastica, specie per la nostra cagnolina, che si è divertita un sacco giocando con i cani dei proprietari. I cani possono seguirvi in ogni lato della struttura, anche sotto l’ombrellone in piscina. Ottima colazione ricchissima che comprende anche dolci fatti in casa. Abbiamo cenato due volte in struttura ed era tutto buonissimo. Ci è sembrato di essere in famiglia. ”

“This property had 2 reviews so I was worried. But I was so surprised to find the best value for money option. It is all pretty new. New air conditioning, locks bathrooms. Breakfast was great. Honestly blown away by the gem we found we had a car and were off every day. So if that is your agenda I cannot recommend this place more. . ”

“We would totally stay here again! The town is very secluded and transportation around the area is a bit confusing, so I think in the future we’d rent a car to get there. However, once you are there, there are plenty of good restaurants/small bars to walk to for dinner. One of the most beautiful places we stopped at on our trip. The host was amazing! ”
