The holiday home “Villa Sunset” is situated in Quartu Sant’Elena, a municipality east of Cagliari, and is in walking distance to the beach. The 70 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning, cable television, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). A balcony with nice views of the sea invites you to start the day with a cup of coffee. The outdoor area also comprises a private covered terrace area as well as a shared garden with seating furniture and a barbecue for you to relax or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty dinners. The region’s hilly landscape is also ideal for hiking or cycling activities, while the scenic Villasimius peninsula with several wonderful beaches and charming seaside towns can be reached after a 40-minute drive (32 km). The bustling city of Cagliari lies a 30-minute drive (22 km) west of Quartu Sant’Elena, and the international airport is a 35-minute drive 27 km from the holiday home.
