Villa Abeti, 5 minutes from the ocean

A delightful cottage with a spacious garden and a wonderful pool, located in a quiet village along the coastal road leading from Cagliari to the eastern coast of Sardinia. It’s the ideal base for visiting the nearby stunning beaches along the coast and the city of Cagliari. For sports enthusiasts, there are nearby facilities for tennis, sailing, surfing, and horseback riding, as well as the large Diverland water park. There are interesting routes for cycling enthusiasts.
The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden featuring a solar-heated shower, a cool gazebo, a clothesline, lounge chairs, and a Sardinian oven. There is a wonderful 8×4 pool (depth 1.30–1.80). On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a small bedroom with a loft bed and a bunk bed, accommodating a total of 7 guests, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The lower level, with a window overlooking the garden, is an open-concept space featuring a living room and kitchen; there is a bathroom with a large corner tub and a laundry room with a washing machine. The living room opens onto a beautiful veranda with sliding glass doors, an extendable table, and a view of the pool. The house is equipped with a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, sheets, and towels. There is parking in the garden and the option to park in front of the house.
