The St-Roch district, where this accommodation is located, is a 15-minute walk from Old Quebec, the Old Port, Museums, ChĂąteau Frontenac and Quartier Petit Champlain. A trendy loft and an urban life, right in the heart of the most romantic and festive city in the province awaits you! Everything you need on site, no hassle, and not even a car, as everything is close by! The streets dotted with local shops, cafes and restaurants await you!

The accommodation is luxurious and comfortable, providing everything you need. Coffee, oils and condiments for cooking; bedding and towels for light travel; cozy queen bed for your comfort! A TV and WIFI connection are also available. The shops in the St-Roch district are varied and you will have no trouble getting everything you need; the grocery store is a few steps from the accommodation! In addition, being located on one of the most dynamic streets of Quebec, it will never be necessary to take the car for your visits or your evening outings. Close to the many high-quality restaurants, and at the heart of events and nightlife, you can safely return to your accommodation, without worrying about traveling by car.

All that is nearby will charm you and you will have the chance to experience an urban trip and immersed in the heart of local life

The people of Quebec, who live downtown, move mainly on foot, given the proximity of absolutely everything. Nevertheless, the public transport service (RTC) is perfectly served in this sector of the city, point of arrival and departure of the main routes. The Gare du Palais is also a few meters from your accommodation! And if you want to transport yourself by car, it will be possible to do so easily, because you are located near major highways.

Great apartment
not exactly WHERE we wanted it

We must say, the apartment was just great. Good value for the price. Clean. Triple security to get in made us feel safe. Comfortable bed, had all we needed. So the apartment and support - terrific. Geographically also great location. We walked to the Old City in 20 minutes, leaving the car in the Indigo lot. It was worth it. However
it is good to be prepared for the neighborhood. A homeless shelter and soup kitchen is in this neighborhood, which means there are a number of homeless people on the streets. Some are challenged and can scare you if you’re not prepared for it. However no one tried anything harmful. But it’s good to keep in mind. Unfortunate since it takes away from the very good apartment.

Short stay

The property was giid, basic. Needed a dish cloth to wash dishes, a toilet roll hokder abd hoojs for wet towels. Parking lot was a bit of a walk and a little sketchy area but car was ok upon our return. Place was clean.

Nothing to comment about what we liked since we never stayed due to a horrible smell of cigarette despite claiming it is a non-smoking property. Not at all satisfied with the condition of the room nor the communication and lack of respect in handling the matter.

Loft tres jolis et propres.Bien situer pour vos achat marcher d'alimentation et SAQ(Vin et Spiritueux aux coins de la rue. Tres facile de ce rendre dans la haute ville de Quebec. Mais attention le cartier Saint-Rock a changer coter boutique, mais attention il y as beaucoup de personne assez pauvre dans le cartier. Mais bon le cartier est bien.
