Excellent supply of provisions; just bring your meals & enjoy ever-changing river views. Spacious layout; easy access to ski hills. Excellent servicing from charming Owner who takes pride to ensure your stay is perfect. Must be beautiful in summer so will have to return!

Maison avec vue magnifique sur le fleuve
Maison très bien équipée et très propre. Les lits étaient confortables. La vue sur le fleuve est à couper le souffle. A proximité de Québec, l’île d’Orleans et Cap Tourmente. Ce fut un magnifique séjour !

Gerald est le vacancier le plus facile. Le rêve de toutes les propriétaires. La maison était propre à son départ.

Là, tout n’est qu’ordre et beauté, Luxe, calme et volupté.
La maisonnette de Bernadette est en tous points sublime. Le confort est optimal, dans chacune des pièces, et on n'y retrouve tout ce que l'on peut avoir besoin durant notre séjour et même plus. La vue sur le fleuve et l'ile d'Orleans est magnifique. Merci à Bernadette pour la gâterie sucrée. En conclusion, impossible de dire quoique ce soit de négatif sur cette location. Tout ce que l'on veut c'est y retourner!!

Charming and lovely! 10/10
What a wonderful vacation stay this was! Bernadette is an excellent host. She was readily available for any questions or needs, and just a lovely human. The townhome itself is so charming and the river view is unbeatable. We could have sat on the back patio the entire trip. The inside in spotless and well-appointed. We loved it!

Meredith and her family were charming. the house was really clean and the rules of the house were respected. I always ask the neighbors how it was and they said perfect.

Celebrating our 35 th wedding anniversary.
La maison est bien située , très bien équipée pour cuisiner et que dire de la magnifique terrace qui nous offre une splendide vue sur le fleuve. Les hôtes sont très gentils et ils se sont assurés de répondre à nos besoins. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la petite attention de Bernadette à notre arrivée qui nous a offert des desserts maison. Nous recommandons cette maison et nous voulons y retourner.

Christmas in Sainte Anne de Beaupre QC 2022
The house was as advertised. The master bedroom was big with an excellent view of the St.Lawrence River. The main bathroom is large with a big tub and an awesome walk-in shower. The kitchen is equipped with a large assortment of dishes, bowels, glasses and a fantastic coffee/express machine. At night we enjoyed the gas fireplace in the living room. I would highly recommend Bernadette’s property.

Local Wedding
Fantastic property, superbly located and equipped. Very clean with good local support. My only minor criticism would be better instructions to find the turning off point from the highway. Sailed past it the first time. Maybe some pictures?

Bonjour Claude. Il y a un spa à 5 minutes de marche sur le boulevard Sainte Anne en s'en allant vers la basilique.

Cote de beaupre house
Cute little townhouse on the St. Lawrence. It is near to a lot of things although it isn’t the sort of neighbourhood where you would walk to anything from the house. The views of the river are amazing. You can nearly see the Basilica from the house. Lovely.

The property is beautifully appointed and well provisioned. It is well situated to enjoy Quebec City, but also served as our centre for skiing at Mont Ste Anne and Le Massif. The beds were comfortable and the shower was enjoyable. It was a great place to end our days. Communication was prompt and always helpful. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Incredible view!
Our stay was well beyond our expectations! The condo was clean and the kitchen very well equipped. Wonderful shower with plenty of hot water. Easy drive into Quebec City. We greatly appreciated the fireplace on the cold days but the best part for us was the constantly changing view of the St. Lawrence and Île d’Orleans. Incredible…and every so relaxing! We look forward to staying again sometime in the future.

What a view!
Check in process was easy and communication from the owner excellent. The house was clean and yard well-maintained. Be aware that this is a townhouse and the yard is shared (neighbors were friendly). The kitchen is large and very well equipped. Beds were comfortable and there is ample closet space and storage. Views were amazing. Highly recommend.

Was very happy with location of the house, it was easy for us to visit Mont Saint Anne and the canyon and also easy to travel to Quebec City, Île d’orleans and Montmorency Falls. The house was well equipped, clean and we enjoyed time on the deck enjoying morning coffees. Also there great communication with owner.

Ski week at le massif & mont sainte anne
Very clean and comfortable. A bit hard to find as it is tucked away behind a small hill and you cant see it from the highway. Nice view of the river. Very close to mont sainte anne. Easy 30 min drive to le massif. The owner was very welcoming and responsive. Overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful house on the banks of St. Lawrence river
We have planned a few day trip to Quebec to enjoy the colourful fall scenery while staying away from crowds, and your beautiful house added to our experience. We loved how conveniently the house is equipped, we found total comfort there. The kitchen is decorated very tastefully, we loved the combination of gold and red accents. True paradise on St. Lawrence river
Absolutely perfect place to enjoy the views of St Lawrence River with perfect amenities, comfort and cleanliness beyond expectations. The home is incredibly well furnished and has everything you will need and more for a restful stay in the lovely area of Mont St Anne de Baupre and an easy drive from Quebec city. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer than our 3 nights. A true gem with a great host.

Location perfect, just a short 20 min drive into Old Quebec City. The house was very clean and modern and just a great set up. Views of the St Lawrence river were beautiful. What a great view!
This is a beautiful place with awesome views and close to many activities. The only drawback was 1 full bathroom. It states 2 baths, but it’s actually 1 bath and a 1/2 bath. We were sharing with another couple so it was a little inconvenient, but the place was otherwise awesome! I would definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful get away.
This place is right on the main drag. Very quiet inside so traffic isn’t an issue. Very easy to get out of Quebec City and head North so this rental was in a perfect place to be away from the city for R and R but close enough to be in it all. Plus there was a ton to do right in town of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré. We will be back for sure. Lovely place on the water. Pictured accurately from this site. Thank you again for an amazing stay.
