Cottage 'Gite Les Deux Pins De Trémel' with Private Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Nestled in the heart of the Pays de Brocéliande, this charming stone gîte, adjoining the owner's house, welcomes you along the Saint Meen-Médréac greenway, offering the free loan of 3 adult bikes, including 1 electric, as well as 3 children's bikes, for rides through the forest.



Surrounded by a vast 4500 m² landscaped area, this place invites you to relax and play, with a portico, a ping-pong table, badminton equipment, a pétanque court and even archery facilities.



For moments of relaxation, take advantage of the relaxation area including an indoor swimming pool and a SPA.



The gîte is organized on two levels:



On the first floor, a cosy living room with a sitting area, complete with a wood-burning stove suitable for large 58 cm logs, and a fully-equipped kitchenette.

Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds. A cot is also available. The bathroom has a bath and WC. Central heating, provided by aerothermics and fuel oil, guarantees optimum comfort.

Outside:

An above-ground, heated, domed swimming pool (dimensions: 5.03 m long x 2.74 m wide x 1.20 m deep) is available on a self-service basis for refreshing, relaxing moments.



You can also relax in the heated SPA (6 places, including one lying down), equipped with numerous jets. Three one-hour sessions are offered for a two-person stay, with the option of additional sessions at extra cost, available all year round.
