âPlace is magnificent: My husband and I always enjoy our stay at the Brix. Team members: Mr.Otis, Mr. Curtis, Mr. Nathaniel we always so lucky to have them present when we visit they always so warm, very polite it's like family. Last but not least Ms. Kizzy who always make sure our room is well kept. Thank you all for the outstanding service it's one of the reasons we keep staying at the Brix.

âVisiting the area for the first time and decided to stay with a brand that I know. Hyatt Regency didn't disappoint. Aesthetically pleasing from the moment we pulled up to the resort. âRummet luktade inte sĂ„ frĂ€scht, rinnande kran som inte lagades trots flera tllsĂ€gelser. Lösa grejer o duschen, kĂ€nns som att en renovering hade behövts av detta hotellet. Ăven om grejer inte blev fixade var alla trevliga och bemötte oss vĂ€l. maten var ok men inte prisvĂ€rd.â

- Bed linens were stained.
- Front desk clerk seemed annoyed when asked to change rooms - said there were no housekeeping on duty.
- Bathroom towels were all mismatched in color as well as heavily stained.
- Vanity drawers contained a spider and cobwebs.
- Room did not even have a complimentary coffeemaker or anything to make a cup of tea in the morning.
- Fridge in the room was filthy.
- Curtains in room was not opaque and allowed light through.
- Bed moved...
âA good flat/appartment, no luxury but a clean hostal/hotel room and a very service minded owner/manager. I do recomend it to solo travellers and it is clean but no honeymoon or family place, it is a little too basic for that. â
âI love everything! I wish if I was staying longer. I really don't want to go home. The food was great, the bed was comfortable and the room was bigger than many hotels I have stayed at. The internet was excellent, I got to actually do my work. Because it's a residential area, I used the transportation app to call the TT version of Uber. Very convenient. Be om shuttle till och frĂ„n flygplatsen dĂ„ det inte finns trottoar hela vĂ€gen fr flygplatsen till hotellet och att promenera pĂ„ vĂ€gen inte Ă€r sĂ„ sĂ€kert pga traffiken. Mycket hjĂ€lpsam och trevlig personal. Lite dyrt men som sagt detta hotel Ă€r mest för övernattning 1-2 dagar högst.â
âThe property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. I was in a pinch, so I hesitantly rebooked it at the higher rate.
