Disappointing
Nice waterpark but very disappointing rooms. We had two rooms booked, one was infested with hundreds of huge ants and the other one had a huge puddle of water soaking the carpet from the airconditioning unit, which left the room with a very moist and uncomfortable air and smell. When we wanted to change the ant infested room the answer from reception was "we can come vacuum your room, but can't give you another one because you booked through Expedia". Obviously we had expected the room to be vacuumed before we checked in, so very unclear how that would have helped with the ants. On top of that we obviously should have the same standard of the room regardless of booking directly or through a partner. Finally the manager was called and we got a new room.
Housekeeping was also disappointing with hardly any cleaning done after the frist night. Left the hotel after one night even though we had already paid for two nights due to the feeling of being in an unclean environment with water damage and insects... will not be coming back...
