Nestled just 5 minutes from Queenstown’s town centre, this spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom home offers panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains from the comfort of your private spa and balcony.



The Space:

Step into a modern, high-end retreat designed for comfort and connection. Spread across 662m², this expansive home features radiant heating, underfloor warmth, and a cozy fireplace. The open-plan kitchen, with its stylish island bench, is ideal for cooking and entertaining.



Unwind in the spa with a glass of wine, enjoy a BBQ on the balcony, or simply soak up the quiet privacy of your beautifully landscaped surroundings.

A BBQ is available for guest use. If you'd like to use it during your stay, please let us know at least 3 days prior to arrival. A fee of NZD $60 applies, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and professional cleaning afterward.



BEDDING CONFIGURATION:

All bedrooms feature King beds that can be split into Singles or made into Kings.



Please note that a long-term tenant resides on the lower level of the home. This area is securely locked and completely separate from your space. You will have exclusive access to levels 1 and 2 throughout your stay.

Bedroom 1: Floor 1, 1 King Bed, ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower and a walk-in open wardrobe for clothing storage. This room also has private access to the balcony.

Bedroom 2: Floor 1, 2 Single Beds, sliding door access to the outdoor patio and cupboard for clothing storage.

Bedroom 3 Master: Floor 2, 1 King Bed, ensuite bathroom with a standalone shower and bathtub, and double cupboard for clothing storage. This spacious bedroom features a cosy nook with an armchair—perfect for relaxing and taking in the views.

Bedroom 4: Floor 2, 2 Single Beds, shared access to bathroom in the hallway downstairs, and cupboard for clothing storage.

*Please let us know your preferred bed configuration at least 3 days prior to arrival. If you decide to change the setup after you've arrived, a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee applies. This covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange the beds and fit new linen.

Baby Accessories - A portacot, high chair, and baby bath can be provided on request for a fee of NZD $50. Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Quiet hours: 10PM-6AM

Guest Access:

Enjoy our exclusive Hello Queenstown Guest Lounge at 19 Shotover Street (open daily 9am–5pm) – perfect for bag storage or relaxing before check-in.



Check-in instructions (entry code, Wi-Fi info) will be sent 3 days prior to your arrival.

House Rules:

- Maximum of 8 guests

- At least one guest must be over the age of 22

- No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter.

- 3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5

- Please note: This property is located in a residential area, the quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

We ask if you have guests or externally hired staff at this location, that you strictly abide by the quiet hours as to not disturb the neighbours.

- There are no supplemental contracts to be signed, if you hire external companies such as in-house chefs or massage therapists, the contracts are between you and the external company
