Accommodating up to 6 guests, it's ideal for a lavish getaway in one of New Zealand’s most iconic destinations.

The Space:
Our three-bedroom villa has been fully renovated, featuring a modern, well-appointed kitchen, three ensuite bathrooms, a separate toilet, and a living space suitable for up to six guests—perfect for an authentic Alpine winter experience. Situated on the popular Queenstown Hill, just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Queenstown, the villa offers stunning mountain views.

Crafted with modern finishes and high-end appliances, the property exudes comfort and relaxation. Located in a quiet street, it provides a peaceful retreat away from the city's hustle and bustle. Enjoy the private, sunny outdoor living area with beautiful surroundings.

Inside, the kitchen is equipped with brand-new modern appliances, while the cozy lounge is perfect for unwinding during the colder winter months. A flat-screen TV with Netflix provides entertainment on rainy days, and a washing machine and dryer add convenience. The outdoor deck area invites you to breathe in the fresh mountain air or enjoy a drink during the warmer months. Plus, take advantage of nearby summer mountain biking and tramping experiences to fully immerse yourself in the stunning landscape

We aim to create an environment where you and your family can enjoy all the comforts of home. Please feel free to use everything in the property and make yourself at home - Our house is your house.

To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.

We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved..

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy seclusion and tranquility in a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment while only being a stone’s throw from the buzzing town centre. A five-minute stroll will have you in the heart of a thriving culinary scene.

Exceeding its extremely high reputation, Josh Emett’s Rātā is always worth a visit. Feast on locally-sourced organic pork belly and grass-fed beef tartare in a contemporary architectural space decked out in glass, timber and stone. End the night with a tipple (and one-of-a-kind experience) at Minus 5Âș Ice Bar where you’ll suit up in gloves and a jacket to enjoy a cocktail in an igloo.

Getting Around:
The apartment is conveniently located in popular Queenstown Hill , just a 5 minutes walk from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minute drive from Queenstown Airport.

There is free parking in the garage.

If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies or Uber.

Other Things to Note:
We look after 50 villas in Queenstown.

Queenstown is the adventure tourism capital of New Zealand, and offers a wide variety of activities perfect for the adrenaline junky or those interested in sampling the local wines and cheeses. During your stay our guide book will provide you with our personal picks of activities in Queenstown and the surrounding areas as well as our 'Pro Tip's' to save you time and money.

For your convenience we have available a port-a-cot & high chair to make your stay more enjoyable for the whole family. Please discuss any of these extras with us at time of booking. These are available at no extra cost.
A non-refundable fee of 3% applies to all cancellations regardless of the cancellation policy. This charge does not apply to Airbnb.
