The property looks a lot bigger in the photos and I felt the image of the full size house should show that it is only the bottom half of the property. It gave the impression it was more than one level when it was small and pretty tight. Also no mirror bar the one in the bathroom and only decaf coffee pods provided. I also think it should mention that you’re right next to a public walkway. Info says there is plenty of space for four people but we couldn’t even open our suitcases in the bedrooms they were so small. I think this was essentially like a motel not a luxurious apartment as it advertises.

Good space but very tired and musty

I was grateful for the stay at the apartment but it was overpriced for a musty, mouldy apartment. The description is inaccurate when it mentions 2 bathrooms on one part of the text. The dishwasher took a lot of coaxing to work (door didn’t close properly), the place smelt musty (probably due to the mould on the curtains), the beds smelt musty and the dishcloths were dirty and old (it would cost v little to buy a roll of j cloths and put a new one in for every user). The location near the lake was great.

Great property, amazing lake and mountain views. Excellent location for exploring the Queenstown area. Easy walking access to both Queenstown and Frankton.Property was extremely clean, well kept and had all we needed for our stay. Thank you you for a very enjoyable stay!

Fabulous views and location

This apartment provides wonderful access to the lake and the bike path that runs into Queenstown CBD. It's a pleasant hour's walk to the CBD, but preferable to driving into the centre which is very congested. Recommend the New World supermarket and Shelter Bar and restaurant at Frankton.

Weekend away.

The property was lovely and warm. Very quiet considering Queenstown is so busy. Some Milk in the fridge and some shampoo and conditioner would be a nice touch.

Lakeside retreat

This well appointed villa is beautifully situated and maintained. It was toasty warm, perfect to return to after a day exploring Queenstown. The lakeside walk takes about 40 minutes to reach central Queenstown. We really enjoyed our stay, would definitely return.
