The Space

A three-bedroom home set over two levels, in Frankton, close to Remarkables Park. The living areas look out to lake & Mountain View.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Both bathrooms are standing shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace, underfloor heating.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, kettle.

Balcony: Small balcony with lake views and outdoor furniture.

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds or 1 King Bed

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: External stairs from car park (14 steps); internal stairs between levels (15 steps)

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
