All our properties are self-check-in, the host lives nearby should you need any assistance or have any issues during your stay.&Please note that our home is a three-storey house with stairs and may not be suitable for some. Towels and bed linen are included in the rate for this property. A good initial supply of toiletries, cooking essentials, tea and coffee etc is also provided for your use.

All rooms will be configured as super king beds unless the twin single option is requested. If this booking is made less than 48 hours prior to arrival we may not be able to change the bed configuration. Please enquire as to what the current bed configuration is to ensure it will work for your group.
