Welcome to this spectacular holiday home, where you can unwind and soak in the beautiful views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkable mountains.

This modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is nestled in Fernhill, just a five-minute drive from Central Queenstown, where you'll find an array of adventure activities, restaurants, and bars.



The Space

A three-bedroom home set over two levels just above central Queenstown. The living areas look out to view over the lake.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms. One bedroom upstairs, two bedrooms downstairs.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms. Upstairs ensuite with standing shower and bath (separated); Downstairs bathroom with standing shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with fireplace.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, slow cooker, coffee machine.

Balcony: There is a large outdoor patio that extends into a balcony.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

Distance from nearest supermarket: Four Square Queenstown, cnr Stanley & Shotover St — 3.0 km (On The Spot Fernhill Grocery is 0.3 km but is a convenience store, not a supermarket)

Distance from The Remarkables: 26.5 km

Distance from Coronet Peak: 18.9 km



Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: External stairs from driveway; internal staircase between levels

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Need something in person? Swing by our Guest Lounge at 19B Shotover St, open daily 9am–5pm (closed Christmas Day). Free Wi-Fi and coffee or tea are on us.
