    Minimum stay of 3 nights (as per council regulations). A minimum 5 night stay applies during the Christmas and New Year period (December 20th to January 5th).

    You have access to the entire apartment and single garage.

Wonderful stay in Queenstown

A very peaceful stay at this comfortable property which had absolutely everything we required. A problem we had was dealt with promptly and it was a fantastic base to explore the area.

We were a family of four and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Apartment 17. The apartment is very well located, just a short walk from the bus stop, with a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. The accommodation itself is well furnished and equipped and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great Value

Really enjoyed our stay here. Clean tidy and comfortable with everything one could possibly want for a short stay. Would recommend providing an HDMI cable so that people could stream other TV services from a laptop to the TV, or get a wireless tv.

Super views from comfortable apartment

Having a garage was a bonus in Queenstown and it was an easy walk (down) into the centre. The apartment was spacious and tastefully furnished so we felt as though we could spend time there if we wanted. Really liked the views from the balcony and made use of the good size bbq there on evening. All in all a great base for us.
