A dream that after 2 years has come true, we have taken care of every detail to be able to offer you the best possible space for you and your companions to enjoy your stay.
We have conditioned the common areas with 2 assigned parking drawers, pool, jacuzzi, gym, cowork area, grill and fire pit, as well as you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city.
A 5-minute drive will take you to restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and convenience stores.
The space
Beautiful apartment with luxury finishes, beads with living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, laundry area, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 parking drawers.
In the main bedroom you have Smart TV, King size bed, walk in closet and full bathroom inside the room.
In the secondary bedroom you have 2 single beds, a desk with a work chair and a full bathroom in the hallway.
In the living room you have Smart TV and double sofa bed.
Dining room for six, breakfast bar and an equipped kitchen.
In the laundry area you have a washing machine and dryer.
Likewise in common areas with: swimming pool, gym, cowork, bathrooms, barbecue and fire pit.

The access is autonomous and on the day of your arrival we share the access instructions.
In the building we have 10 other apartments all with the same distribution.
