The house has four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and is designed for groups of up to 8 guests.

Its layout unfolds along a main hallway, with a bench and a fountain, that connects every space in the house.

As you enter, you’ll first find the living room, with a large window facing 15 de Mayo Street and direct access to Buen Ayre.

Continue down the hallway to La Aurora and then La Colonial.
All three bedrooms have a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower.

Farther down is the main kitchen.

At the back, a separate section leads to Porfiriata, the fourth bedroom, which has its own private bathroom, kitchen, and air conditioning, plus a small patio with the shade of a tree and the sound of a fountain.

The living room and kitchen feature some of the details that give the house its character: colorful tiles, ceramics, colored glassware, and small Mexican touches throughout the space.

When you book the entire home, the property is exclusively yours and your group’s, including all four bedrooms, the living room, the main kitchen, and the other guest areas available during your stay.

Porfiriata, located in the separate section at the back of the house, also has its own kitchen and private patio.

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

The house is located on 15 de Mayo Street, right in Querétaro’s Historic Center.

It’s a colorful and pleasant street to walk along, lined with homes full of character and bougainvillea that add even more color to the surroundings.

From here, you can head out without much of a plan and let the Historic Center do the rest: wander through plazas, discover a café, find a restaurant, or simply follow whichever street catches your attention.

One of the best parts of staying here is having Querétaro right outside your door. Explore the Historic Center at your own pace and, when you’re ready to slow down, return to 15 de Mayo and the calm of the house.

Querétaro’s Historic Center is best explored on foot.

From the house, you can walk through much of the area and move between plazas, restaurants, cafés, and different parts of the Historic Center without depending on a car.

If you’re arriving by car, the property does not have private parking, but there are at least three paid parking facilities nearby, including two that are open 24 hours.

Street parking may also be available in the surrounding area, subject to availability and local parking signs.

You can leave the car and enjoy much of your stay on foot.

Air conditioning is available only in Porfiriata. The other three bedrooms have portable fans.
