âThis has always been my favourite hotel until recently when they switched management and staff .entering the hotel now you get x-rayed like it's an airport and ridiculous body scans .the staff are not as friendly as before.silly rules like shoes required for breakfast and formal clothes only makes it a bad experience. The breakfast isn't as good as it once was.Bring back the old prince hotel experience
Another thing to mention If you bring your own kitchen appliance they might confiscate it...
âGood standard even though my room had problem with the ref and the safety locker, both changed promptly. Avoid the rooms directly over the pool area since they are noisy and no privacy.â
âThe staff here is super nice. This hotel is located in the Chinatown neighborhood of Manilla and is an area with some folks who are struggling financially.
So if you stay here you will be contributing to a neighborhood that needs the support of good people. It is not dangerous at all.
I actually want to see this side of a city and see what folks are really dealing with. I saw aspects of Manila here that I would not have seen had I stayed elsewhere.

âOverall experience was good for 1st stay. Checkin was very easy even though I arrived close to 10pm. Staff is very friendly! The room is good size for what i needed. Not much to choose on tv. Their gym is very small, but i did get a decent workout in.nice pool with a good view.Close by walking is several fast food restaurant's and a 12 minute walk to the SM Mall is easy to do. Check out was fast and simple. I'll definitely stay again, because my main reason is the hotel is close walk to Florida...

"Well, a fine example that you canât live on old merits! The âbig breakfast buffetâ was a joke and nothing that we expected. The room was so humid and warm and it was really difficult to set the aircon right, a few degrees lower and it got freezing cold, the dry function didnât work properly.

The whole place was like a ghost town after 7 pm and the gym was boring and bad!
