Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 12 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a dining area
- A kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, hob…
- A bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A 6.55 m² west-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in Quiberon, in pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you’ll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants and bars.

There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the surrounding area: bike hire to explore the Côte Sauvage, tree-top adventure courses, surfing, sailing, windsurfing… You can also take a boat trip to visit Belle-Île-en-Mer, Houat or Hoëdic.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s garage (one vehicle).
