“When I arrived in your hotel, my room was ready for me. I went up to my room and my door was not closed. I noticed that the door was off the track and would not close unless you slam the door. I mentioned it to the people working there and they said they would mention it to the front desk. I mentioned it to the front desk last night when I was down there and they told me to mention it to the people this morning when I was checking out. Also, I had no hot water in my shower.
