    The master suite is a serene retreat with large windows framing breathtaking lake views. The king sized bed is fitted with Turkish cotton sheets bringing luxe level comfort to ensure a restful night's sleep. The en-suite bathroom features a custom shower with rain-head and a Jacuzzi tub — ideal for unwinding after a day on the lake or exploring the surroundings.

    Two additional bedrooms each offer king-sized beds, providing restful spaces for family or guests. Every bedroom is equipped with smart TVs, so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows in privacy.

    Need a place to send the kids for the evening? The attached bunkroom/game room is a favorite for kids and teens alike, featuring two twin bunks, a large TV, a comfortable Lovesac for lounging, and an Infinity gaming table — perfect for movie nights, gaming, or hanging out together.

    The living room invites you to relax on a premium cowhide trimmed leather sofa while watching your favorite movies on a large smart TV. Additional leather seating is offered to give multiple areas for family members to unwind or gather for conversation.

    A fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. Whether cooking a family breakfast or planning a barbecue, you’ll find everything you need.

It was a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space! If you are wanting to tie your boat at the dock, just make sure it doesn't have a t-top on it. You have to go under the bridge and it's very low. We did a lot of cat fishing!! Would definitely recommend this place!

Broken a/c, didn't communicate it was broken. The dock had broken planks and was unsafe. The docks fire pit was full of trash. PS- we threw it away.The owner said the a/c will be fix.

A True Lakeside Escape — With a Few Small CaveatsIf you’re looking for a peaceful retreat where the water does the talking, this lakehouse delivers in nearly every way. From the moment we pulled up the gravel drive and caught our first glimpse of the lake shimmering through the trees, we knew we were in for something special.The Setting & PrivacyThis place is genuinely secluded. No neighbors peeking over fences, no road noise — just birdsong, water, and the occasional splash of a fish breaking the surface. The lot is well-wooded and the dock sits at the end of a private path that felt entirely our own. If peace and quiet are what you’re after, this is it.FishingAbsolutely outstanding. We fished everyday right off the dock and never came up empty. The fish were plentiful, and the pier had shade to allow for tranquility of the breeze. One of the best fishing experiences our group has had at any rental property.The House & AmenitiesFully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, a charcoal grill on the deck, basketball court and a large game room — the host clearly thought of everything. The living area has a wonderful view of the water and the sunsets were absolutely stunning each evening.A Few Minor IssuesI’d be doing future guests a disservice not to mention two small but notable hiccups. The room AC units — there are two small units in the master and guest room that we were not prepared to manage.

Upon check-in I walked into the house and it felt like it was 100 degrees. That’s when I discovered that the central HVAC was not functional and there were small portable units in each room. Mind you, it was June (almost) in central Texas. I immediately reached out to the owner via message and the response was they placed temporary units around the house and it would be “fine”. At that time, one unit wasn't working and another had a full bucket of water. I later received a call from Justin, the owner, after many messages back and forth and he stated you guys just aren't happy with anything so you can check out and I'll give you a refund. The problem is we had three families staying and couldn't just leave. We had made no complaints other than the AC and the fact it was 91 degrees inside the house. We agreed we would see how things went overnight because Justin assured us it would be “fine”. Well, it wasn't, the temp never fell below 76 in the main living area, however the first night the rooms were decent with box fans I had to purchase. The following days we had to empty buckets every 6 hours, and the temp never dropped to a reasonable level. Additionally, the breaker started to trip and affected 1/2 the house outlets, which included one of the units in a bedroom. We were called combative and contentious because we complained. No offer to fix the problem just leave. I would not recommend staying at this property if you would like to be comfortable during your stay.
