“We had a super stay. The hotel was really quite special from a positive point of view. The only thing we were missing were some more hooks to hang eg wet towels. There were only two hooks in the entire suite. For people with some difficulties to move around it might be good to know that there are some little stairs to navigate. “For the high price we paid, I was hoping to get a clean room. We got only 1 towel pp, non a face towel, or a bath floor towel mate. Instead there was a plastic mate in the bath, and another plastic mate when you get out from the bath. It seems it was dirty and oily when our clean legs caused black stains on the floor. Also the window shutter is broken. Looks like a bad maintenanced place”

“Fräscht hotell med bra läge för att promenera till de olika slotten. Super god frukost och trevlig perosnal. De kunde till och med ordna glutefritt bröd. Ända nackdelen är att hotellet ligger på en smal gata med mycket trafik, vilket innebär att man får hålla sig längs väggen när mar går dit, men det är bara en kort bit. Hotellet hade bra ljudisolering.”

“First and foremost this hotel is so beautiful and the staff here is absolutely incredible! My husband and I chose this hotel as the getting ready hotel for our wedding. From the very beginning the staff welcomed us so warmly and told us about events going on like Fado at the sister property. The breakfast here is so delicious and clean! They have a great selection of breakfast choice. This place is also very clean! We will definitely return! ”

“We had a wonderful stay is this very charming small hotel. The owner was polite and service-minded. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and clean (like the rest of the place). Breakfast was good. The location is excellent: 15-minute walk from the train station, 10-minute walk to Quinta da Regaleira, 1-minute walk to a bus stop if you want to go to Pena Palace. We tried the restaurant across the alley, Tascantiga, and the food was amazing! ”
