âExcellent location, Quiet. Kind staff, beautiful view, beautiful room and clean, very nice breakfast. Superb pool area and terrasse overlooking the Douro Valley. I highly recommend.
Only downside is the bathroom and toilet is in the bedroom open area. However, there are other bathrooms for more privacy in a well decorated cabin outside the room. â
âBeautiful renovated property inside while maintaining the rustic charm of the stone houses that are so traditional in this part of Portugal:) beautiful views overlooking the Douro valley . Right in the center of town and walkable for restaurants :) very friendly staff â
âThe Chef went above and beyond coming to our table to explain how he created his dishes. The food was excellent. The front desk manager took time to come to our car and help us figure out how to pay the parking since it was all in Portuguese. Saved us!â
