The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, modern appliances, a Keurig Duo, blender, and all the essentials, plus a sunny dining nook with runway views. Also on the first floor, you’ll find a smaller full bathroom, a king bedroom with a small walk-in closet , and a queen bedroom, both cozy and bright with ceiling fans and Roku TVs.

Upstairs, the master suite is a luxurious retreat with a king bed, plush throw, large walk-in closet, chest of drawers, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a skylit, tiled shower with a luxury showerhead and a shower/tub combo. For guests flying into New Kent Airport (W96), rideshare options may be limited directly from the airport, so having a car or arranging transportation in advance is a smart move.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
