The Blue Quail Tiny Cabin is a newly-built, studio cabin (one room) with sleeping loft. It is furnished with a king-size bed downstairs and twin mattresses in the sleeping loft upstairs. It sleeps 4 people.

Please note: The stairs and space for the sleeping loft are tight and may not be easily accessible for all people. The bed downstairs is a king bed and on the ground level.

This cabin has a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a kitchenette with compact refrigerator (smaller than a standard fridge, but bigger than a mini-fridge), sink, microwave, coffeemaker, and gas grill with burner (we provide the propane). It has a window AC/heater unit.

Linens and towels are provided, as well as dishes, silverware, and basic cookware and utensils.

There is a Roku TV and WiFi.

Complimentary coffee and light snacks are provided.

Note: This is one of multiple rentals on our property, located at Shepherd Family Cabins & RV Campground. Other rentals include: a house with two apartments, tiny cabins, and RV sites.

The Blue Quail has its own private porch. There are common areas on the property (e.g. tetherball, badminton, etc.) for all guests to enjoy.
