Actually it's a hostal, not a hostel, and that's a big difference. I had a single room with private bathroom and it was great - spacious, comfy and cleaned every day. The staff is amazing, the location is good too. Unbeatable value for the money I paid.

Great value and nice atmosphere
24 hour staff are always friendly and helpful. Building design facilitates interactions between travelers, which is a good thing. The buffet breakfast has 3 different fresh fruits and freshly made juices to choose from. The lunch/ dinner menu has limited choices, but all the ones I tried were excellent. Location is great for accessing both new and old Quito. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Clean, simple accommodations at reasonable prices.
Great staff, food, laundry. Rooms are simple but bed was comfortable. Beautiful courtyard. Nice clientele.

The Hostel staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was nice, and the location is only a 2 min walk from the nearest bus stop.

Great accomodation for the price.
Great accomodation for the price. Secure at the front, great common lounge/dining areas and a great outdoor court yard. Wifi didn't work in my room, but was fine in the lounge area. For the price, you really can't ask for more.

The kitchen could've been better, but it's a nice calm hotel with a helpful staff and a walking-distance to both old town and the north part of town with it's restaurants and bars
