âVery dirty place. It looks ok but was filthy. We got to choose from two rooms, and at first glance it looked ok. Very dirty floors, hairs from previous guests shaving around faucet, dirty shower curtain, my child itched all night and I hope it was not bed bugs- we slept with the light on rest of the stay⊠Dirty kitchen table and fridge, steep stairs and no elevator. Insects stuck in bathroom ceiling, very loud AC, lots of trash outside the door, the office was in such a mess etc.â
âIt was a great location, nice view, comfy room and pleasant staff. A few reviews complained about the pillows and they could use an upgrade, but overall we really enjoyed our stay. â

âStaying at the Taber Inne & Suites is a bit like travelling back in time... I was recommended a more centrally located hotel in Mystic, but opted for this location a bit more in the outskirts of the town. Very peaceful, good parking, easy to locate and a very short walk into the center! There is a small coffe shop (Nana's) very close by and a few small eating spots (more downtown). Parking was outside my room (no 15) and reception a few doors down. Spacious, great wifi, ok bathroom, door to back...
âThis was a last minute purchase for me, and did not disappoint. The woman and the check in desk was informative, friendly and helpful from the minute we said hello - I felt comfortable, safe and seen. The room was comfortable, and had temperature controls that worked extraordinarily well. The bed was so good that I fell asleep trying it out - yes, I stopped because I was tired. It was quiet, which paired well with my visit to the museum. Check out was online and a breeze. I definitely recommend...
