“The welcome was friendly and check in efficient. The room was delightful - room 3. The evening meal was simply delicious and very fairly priced. Breakfast was tasty and filling and all you needed. Good quality bacon. The little shop had lots to tempt for early Xmas presents too. We wish the business all the best, will recommend to everyone we know and will be back soon.”

“The accessible room i stayed in was clean and in great condition. Good quality bed linen and a choice of firm or soft pillows. Blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep.
The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.
Breakfast choices were good. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy best ive had in a hotel. The food was lovely and fresh as well as hot.
Gluten free and oat milk were provided too. Choice of fruit juices and cereals too. Very clean.

“I was In the old part and it needs updating badly. Excited when I saw a spa bath in my room but bath was worn around the plug area and not appealing so wasted. Toilet was stained with brown as old. Taps on sink worn and spun round a lot before water came out. ”

“The Neeld is an excellent facility, well worth your consideration. It’s well located for anyone like ourselves, looking to break up a journey from the far SW to London and back again. The room we had was spacious; clean; warm and comfortable. The breakfast is reasonably priced and there is a good choice of evening meals which saves you having to find a restaurant. The staff are welcoming and helpful both to us and our pet dog. ”
