âClean. Soft beds. View, outskirts of city. Breakfast not so good. Staff tried to keep up and refill and when I asked for something, he brought it. Did not like the plastic cutlery or paper bowls. No fresh fruit, vegetables or cheese. The breakfast room was bright and nice. So, for a night it is OK. They have a shuttle service to the Airport every 15 min 24/7 !!!!! That was really good! â
âEverything was nice about the place just the door knob of the bathroom was not working.
As we were 5 people in the room it was inconvenient for all off us to ask and go to bath room. Other wise Everything was goodâ
âThe property was clean well cared, there's a full kitchen available on site, and 3 bedrooms each with their own key. The price made a good option on budget as I wasn't going to be doing much in Manhattan so just really needed a place for spending the night till my next flight.
An uber from the airport was $13 which was nice. From the property, I was able to get to Manhattan and back in about 50 mins by taking the bus 107 which was about 8 blocks away and a few dollars, so it was very convenient....
âvery convenient stay before / after cruise. We just stayed several hours after our cruise before our plane left. Nice and clean for a room with kit privileges, However, it is in a neighborhood that has problems and has a giant machine to video- saying- "we're keeping ur neighborhood safe" NOT in a neighborhood you would want to take a walk about inâ
âThe host was very nice and the property was comfortable. My only gripe is that is was pretty warm when we got in, but after the AC was running for a couple of hours it got better.â

âThis is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. â

Reception, bar, restaurant are all very nice!
Staff is helpful although their enthusiasm is a bit low.
Rooms are not as cozy as they're feeling a bit ''tired''.

"Do not ever book this motel. If you can live with celings falling down, curtains hanging down, broken furniture, ac sounding like a train, etc. You still have to meet the most unhelpful, rude, not caring, lying to your face staf. Since we talked with 3 different staf member we really cant recomend this place at all.
We needed to get a shuttel from the airport, so I called before we got on the plain to tell them when we would arrive ( that is what they had written on their paige). The man did not listen at all. He just said call again. So I did that 2 more times with the same result.
So when we landed I called again. We went to the place for the pick up. A new man said it shuttle was on the way. (we new that it takes 10-12 minutes to the hotel). After 20 minutes I called again. The answere was: He is there in a couple of minutes. No he was not. I called back again after 10 minutes and now they hangd up on me 4 times. After 40 minutes I called again telling them we would take a taxi (12 minutes the trip took) then the man said it was because of the traffic the shuttle was late. No it was not.
So we did take the taxi and it cost us 45$
When we got to the hotel over an hour later than we should , the men didnt even apologize to us.
My husband asked to change the room and they said the motel was full but we checked it and it was not.
How can anyone behave like this?
So sad and disappointed.
