There are no adults only areas and some days the pool turned into a childrens play pool and we had crying and screaming children in the restaurant, while other days were OK. Rooms are becoming somewhat timeworn and we found them too dark and not...
âThe hotel was awesome. Service was great and staff very helpful. Also, facilities were great. The restaurant and bar was topnotch. The service was a bit slow at times at the bar/restaurant but it didn't concern us the least; it may be because the hotel is quite new. âEen nieuw hotel met ruime kamers. heerlijk rustig hij het zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt prima ,wel iedere dag hetzelfde . Eenmaal diner gedaan in het hotel. Zeer lekker gegeten. Naar het centrum van ponta delgado is net te ver om iedere avond te wandelen. Een auto is dan wel een must. Al met al een goede uitvalsbasis om het eiland te bezichtigen . âReally nice apartments good located. We were six people and the apartment fitted us all with two bathrooms. The sofa was okey to sleep in. We missed chairs on the terrass though. There were only three and we got a fourth the last day- told them day one we were six. Otherwise very friendly staff that helped us with printing boarding passes really late arrival etcâ
âThe girl that it was at the front desk was super nice, the cleaning ladies were the best, being Americans we like a lot of towels and they gave us all the towels that we needed. Very clean location, this is the town that I was born and as always people are very nice and will go out of their ways to make people welcome. â
