“Getting to the property was tough, very tough but so worth it. I was lucky enough to go outside of the wet season but it was still hard. The facility itself is beautiful and the food is delicious. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. The shower though, it hardly worked and water went everywhere. Booking online on their direct site was giving us a challenge until we booked through Expedia and from here we had no issues. There is not fitness room so that was sad and no iron. “Mycket fin anläggning mitt i nationalparken Nakuru. Prickfri service, mycket god buffé och frukost, bra poolområde och fantastiska möjligheter för en oförglömlig safari. Vi såg allt förutom de stora kattdjuren under vår 3-timmars tur. Inträde på $70 per person och natt för att vistas i nationalparken missade dock hotellet att informera om.”

“Excellent experience in rural Nakuru. This hotel has a retreat feel from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. Wonderful and respectful staff. Excellent dinning options with good variety of local cuisine and fresh fruits + vegetables. Entire meal has a farm to table feel to it. Clean rooms though the shower hotel hot water regulation can be a bit finicky. Fantastic experience all round.”

“The peopeety is new So the rooms are very clean However, there are some basic rhings they need to make sure they prepare. Rooms have no floor rugs, Do not Disturb signs and the shower curtains in.the bathroom are too short, which makes the bathroom wet. Tje building needs to jave exit signs installed for safety. Overall i was happy with the place. There was no noise and the staff were vwey pleasant”

“The Manager Liz was brilliant. Sammy a member of their staff was simply great. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food variety is basic but cooked well and hygienic. We had a great time and they really looked after us. We can only say a big thank you and we look forward to staying with you again.”

Cet endroit se situe à mi-chemin entre le lac Nakuru et Naivasha, donc excellent emplacement pour visiter ces 2 endroits. A environ 2h30 de Nairobi. “The hotel did not recognize the reservation through Hotels.com. We were told this hotel does not do business with you. We spend quite a bit of time to clarify the matter. Finally, the manager looked in his computer system and found my name under a reservation made by Expedia. This was obviously a flaw in their system or ignorance of the front desk staff. ”

“Great stay, staff made me feel exuberant, and at relaxing.. catering to all my needs, wants and desire. Politely prepare my meal and ask did I need anything else. Greeting in the establishment was on going. House maids made sure room was thoroughly clean. Very nice clean swimming pool. Management spoke to me is everything okay! Would definitely tell my friends visiting to choose this Hotel. ”
