The buildings of a former farmhouse have been carefully renovated while retaining all their original character, creating a comfortable and atmospheric retreat with sweeping 360-degree views across the rolling hills. Its tranquil setting, generous grounds, and inviting pool make it an ideal escape for families or groups of friends eager to experience authentic Tuscany.



The property is peacefully located yet well connected, nestled between Radda and Gaiole in Chianti, both less than a ten-minute drive away. These villages offer excellent restaurants, small shops, and supermarkets. Nearby wineries such as Le Miccine and Cappannelle invite you to enjoy tastings, while craft-beer fans can explore locally brewed creations at the Chianti Brew Fighters microbrewery. Siena, Arezzo, Florence, and San Gimignano are all within easy reach for day trips.

Extending across three floors, the house includes two kitchens, one of which opens directly onto a covered Capanna with tables and benches, perfect for shared outdoor meals. Several furnished terraces around the garden offer additional spots to relax and enjoy the view.
