Perfect holidays
The house is absolutely great. Richly equipped in a dreamlike location and in heavenly peace. Silvano, the landlord, is incredibly nice and always available when you need him. We would come back anytime!!!

Superbe endroit.
Nous avons passé 15 jours dans ce merveilleux endroit. La maison est bien équipée, fidèle à la description du site. La terrasse et le jardin sont très agréables , Sylvano et Romina très accueillants. Tout était bien!

La maison est très agréable et nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Comme déjà dit à Sylvano et à sa charmante fille, nous aurions aimé avoir au moins deux chaises longues. D'autre part, nous avons également trouvé que le chemin d'accès à la maison est vraiment très difficile. Chemin très pentu et rocailleux. Il vaut mieux avoir un véhicule du style SUV. Un grand merci à Sylvano pour son sourire et ses délicieuses tomates. Un vrai régal!

Nice house and good starting point for traveling around
As we arrived at the Campsite to meet Silvano we were extremely surprised that he already waited for us together with a German speaking lady - Monika. We then drove around 5 minutes to the house - as you can read from other reviews the way is described as an adventure and a bit difficult for some kind of cars and this might be true if you have a car like a Ferrari or any other sports car or lowered car - I have a very huge 3 row car (SUV like) and had not issues at all. The house is very nice and well equipped (we have been 3 people and 2 dogs). Form the inside the house is really in Tuscany stile - dark wood, stone floor, wooden shutters. You have 2 terraces you are able to use - depending on the sunshine. We enjoy staying at the house. Only one tip for all dog owners - if you have small dogs (not much space between ground and stomach) or dogs with long hair - you have a lot of burdock and others that you would have to get out of your puppies fur after you went out with the dogs. Thanks again to Silvano! He and his wife have been very friendly and accommodating!

Wonderful location and stay close to Radicofani
We spent amazing two weeks in this wonderful and quite house with panoramic view on the beautiful Val d´Orcia. Silvano, our host, is a charming and welcoming man, who waited for us at our arrival together with a lady taking care of translation. The house is spacious and well equipped, has a fantastic garden with terrace, where one can perfectly relax and enjoy the nature and olive landscape. Close to Radicofani, the location is a great starting point for excursions into smaller and also bigger famous locations, with amazing atmosphere, people, food and wine. We would defintely recommend for people loving nature and spending time apart from the busy life, and are looking forward to coming back again.

Hidden gem
We met our host and his neighbor who translated with no difficulty at the meeting place. They led us to a beautiful farmhouse tucked away, passing horses and chickens as we went. The view was incredible with lemon trees on the patio and farmland in the distance. The farmhouse is very well cared for!

Schönes Objekt.Sehr ruhig gelegen in der Natur. Gemütlicher Platz zum draussen sitzen.
Wir wurden vom Vermieter freundlich empfangen und zum Haus geleitet, da der Weg nicht einfach zu finden war. Sonst alles unkompliziert. Hat uns gut gefallen.

Fijn huis, mooie en rustige omgeving
Het huis is met veel zorg en aandacht ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is mooi en rustig. Je kunt mooie wandelingen maken, en er zijn allerlei bezienswaardigheden op redelijke afstand. De gastheer is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kregen geregeld heerlijke vijgen en peren uit zijn eigen tuin. Kortom: we hebben het hier heel fijn gehad.

Ein Kleinod mitten in der landschaftlichen Idylle des Val d'Orcia
Auf der Suche nach einem einzeln gelegenen Haus in der Toskana sind wir auf dieses Ferienhaus bei Radicofani gestoßen. Für uns war es der ideale Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen, die Besichtigung einiger kleiner Städte und Fahrten zum Bolsena-See und zum Trasimenischen See. Das Haus sieht samt seiner Ausstattung aus wie neu und ist von einem gepflegten Garten umgeben. Wir haben uns tagsüber fast nur draußen aufgehalten, wo es verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt. Besonders praktisch war es für uns, zwei Bäder, eine Wasch- und eine Spülmaschine zu haben. Wer wie wir die Natur und die Ruhe liebt, kann hier einen traumhaften Urlaub erleben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Silvano war von Anfang bis Ende unkompliziert und herzlich. Er hat uns bei allen Fragen schnell geholfen und uns sogar Tomaten und Feigen aus dem eigenen Garten geschenkt. Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir bald wieder kommen können und sind sehr dankbar für die schöne Zeit.

Wunderbare gerühsame Ferien
Das Haus ist noch schöner und eindrücklicher als die Bilder es vermuten lassen. Absolut ruhig und trotz der intensiven Sonne bietet es draussen und drinnen angenehm schattige Plätzchen. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist tatsächlich etwas abenteuerlich. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Er versorgte uns jeden zweiten Tag mit selbst gezogenen Tomaten. In der näheren Umgebung ist das zauberhafte Städtchen Radikofani einen Besuch wert. Das Bagni di Filippo ist nur 20 Minuten entfernt. Ein besonderes Vergnügen bei heissen Temperaturen: Der öffentliche Badeplatz am 45 Minuten entfernten Lago di Bolsena.

Pace, benessere, silenzio e comodità.
Se amate il silenzio assoluto, l'immersione tra ulivi e querce, se amate una casetta pulitissima e funzionale, se amate soggiornare al centro di una delle zone più belle della Toscana, la Casetta Costantino è quella che fa per voi. Il proprietario, Signor Silvano, è molto accogliente, cordiale ma nello stesso tempo discreto. Vorremmo aggiungere qualche piccolo suggerimento al fine di migliorare ulteriormente il soggiorno in questo bellissimo luogo. La dotazione di pentole e stoviglie è appena sufficiente, soprattutto nel caso in cui la casa venga occupata da 4 persone. Inoltre manca la centrifuga per l'insalata. Suggeriamo poi al Signor Silvano di segnalare nell'annuncio il fatto che la ripida e dissestata stradina (per quanto breve) di accesso alla casa può risultare ostica agli eventuali guidatori non avvezzi ai viottoli di montagna. Comunque un'esperienza da consigliare caldissimamente a chiunque.

Weekend in the Tuscany
The landlord was punctually waiting for us to give us the keys. He organize a neighbor to translate his Italian. Thank you for the perfect organization Silvano! The house is about 5 Km from Radicofani in a very rural area.Perfect for people who are looking for recovery from a big city. The house looks exactly like on the pictures and has a great view into a valley. The place is perfect for a small family. The rooms and two baths look nice and are very clean. Wspaniałe wakacje!
Silvano przyjął nas miło i życzliwie. Dom wakacyjny w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Jest położony w spokojnej okolicy. Jednocześnie jest doskonałą bazą wypadową do poznawania uroków Toskanii. Miasteczka z historycznymi fortecami, piękne krajobrazy, Rzym, Florencja, Lukka, Piza, nadmorskie plaże i jezioro Bolsena. Warto tu przyjechać! Małgorzata z Rodziną

Casa nella natura toscana
La casa è esattamente come presentata nelle fotografie. Ben curata, in ordine e pulita. Arrivando alla sera, verso le 21, è stata una bella sorpresa trovare i letti già pronti. E' indicata per chi cerca la tranquillità visto che si trova fuori Radicofani, in posizione un po' isolata, nel silenzio della campagna. Silvano, il proprietario, è molto gentile, disponibile, ma discreto e non invadente . E' un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la Val d'Orcia e le zone circostanti (Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, il lago di Bolsena, il Monte Amiata, Siena,...). Se avremo occasione, ripeteremo l'esperienza, magari a primavera, come ci ha consigliato Silvano.

Perfekter Familienurlaub!
Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern etwas über zwei Wochen in Silvanos Haus verbracht. Es war einfach toll, Haus und Umgebung waren sogar noch schöner, als auf den Fotos. Silvano ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit war. Das Haus ist optimal ausgestattet, verfügt neben einer vollständigen und zweckmäßigen Ausstattung über zwei Badezimmer und eine Waschmaschine, was wir mit 4 Personen sehr geschätzt haben. Radicofani liegt außerhalb der ausgetretenen Pfade - ist aber trotzdem (oder gerade deswegen) sehr sehenswert. Wer Natur und Ruhe mag, gerne seinen Wein bei Grillenzirpen trinkt, nicht jeden Tag „Jupp und Uschi“ über den Weg laufen will und etwas längere Anfahrtswege zu den Toskana-Highlights nicht scheut, ist hier richtig. Für uns war es der perfekte Toskana-Urlaub.

Silvano's house was just as shown in the photos. Clean and with all kitchen utensils.
He met us on the edge of town and lead us to the house about 5 km. Away. He showed us the house and told us about the area. Theres a grocery store in town where you can buy essentials for the kitchen. Overall we had a wonderful time and would highly teccommend his place.

un lieu enchanteur
Toute la Toscane authentique ! Tout est très soigné dans cette maison qui a été entièrement rénovée. Elle est très caractéristique de l'architecture locale en pierres blondes. Elle se trouve au milieu des oliviers et des vignes et la terrasse permet de profiter au maximum de ce cadre merveilleux. Les deux salles de bain (une à chaque étage) apportent un réel confort et tout est de bon goût. Le paysage aux alentours est superbe et les hauts lieux toscans (Sienne, Orvieto, Pienza) sont proches. La petite ville de Radicofani est authentique et nous avons eu la chance d'assister au palio. A recommander sans hésitation pour qui recherche le calme.

Maison très au calme avec un environnement très agréable
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans votre maison. Elle est très au calme, bien aménagée et possède de beaux volumes. L'absence de voisins directs permet de se sentir au calme et en pleine nature. Encore merci pour votre accueil, votre disponibilité et votre bonne humeur. Le seul inconvénient est l'absence de WIFI qui nous a empêchés de faire des recherches depuis la maison sur les environs.

Ein Traumhafter Haus mit einer sehr guten ruhigen Lage und einer sehr harmonischen Ausstattung
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, hier Gast zu sein. Morgens der Ausblick über das Tal und die Olivenbäume, abends natürlich auch, das hat uns Sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung passte sehr gut zum Haus und hat den Charme der Toskana im Hauses unterstrichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt. Gefallen haben uns die 2 Bäder, als Familie und im Sommer die schattige Lage. Ein sehr schöner Ort um sich zu erholen und um aus zuspannen. Eine kleine Oase.

Un havre de paix au coeur du Val d'Orcia.
Un accueil charmant et des conseils précieux du propriétaire nous ont permis de passer un très agréable séjour dans sa maison et aux alentours. Une maison spacieuse au confort parfait et un joli jardin donnant sur la vallée dans lequel nous avons pu apprécier le calme absolu. Amateurs de randos, de silence et de nature, ce lieu vous plaira. Dans le village de Radicofani, (dans la rue qui monte) un commerçant qui vend d'excellents fruits et légumes, plus haut, à droite un restaurant La Grotta avec un bon rapport qualité-prix et des mets délicieux, et en bas du village, une épicière qui vous accepte même si vous arrivez tard le soir! Un village où l'on voudrait revenir.

Je suis très heureux que vous ayez passé un jolie séjour à Casetta di Costantino dans la commune de Radicofani qui fait partie du Patrimoine de l'Unesco. Aussi pour ceux qui aiment les bains thermales, Casetta di Costantino y est très proche : San Casciano dei Bagni est à seulement 8km et Bagni San Filippo à moins de 15km.
