“The standard of customer service is exceptional. Staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. There is a very relaxing lounge area and the Caskieben bar offers an excellent food and drinks menu at reasonable prices. We were particularly impressed by the swimming pool which is perfect for those with young families. The breakfast offer was similarly very good and well organised. We will be back. ”

Man måste parkera på stora parkeringen till köpcentret (betalparkering) och sedan gå igenom hela köpcentret och en trappa upp. Ganska lång väg om man har mycket bagage, typ golfbagar. I övrigt var allt bra!”
“It was more of a small flat than a hotel suite. Kitchenette was handy, "shower beer" a nice surprise. The bed was extremely squeeky! The parking is a bit of a nightmare, nearby commercial parking lot is very expensive!”

It's a great place to rest after a busy travel journey — the beds are comfortable, and all essential amenities are provided, including a mini fridge and microwave. “Reception welcome was great. Evening meal was absolutely delicious (seared monk fish medallions and garlic butter). Room was clean a organised, hot drink facility, full range of clean needing and towels. Easy check out and free parking. Staff were efficient and welcoming.
One smallish moan, the shower temperature was intermittent, cool then hot then cool again continually. Took a bit of adjusting to get an acceptable hot AND cool.
Great location for business reasons. I will book again.”

"Staff was nice. Breakfast not impressing at all. Keycard stopped working four times during a five night stay. Cleaning of the room below average. Two times a used spoon was just put back in place without being cleaned. Some black mold in bathroom."
"I have a challenge with wall-mounted showers with low water-pressure. It takes forever to clean off the soap. You spend too much time in the shower. Poor lighting in the bathroom makes it hard to shave properly. The breakfast is nice but as all hotels today they have super-tiny glasses for juice. Management think people will drink less juice and they believe they will save money. But all it does is making everyone stand up and walk across the room four times for a refill. "
