“We wanted a traditional hotel and this fit the bill. It is somewhere that Indians tend to use so English gets confused sometimes but they are very helpful. Nice rooftop. Bed was comfortable ”

“We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Raghunath Haveli. The place truly feels like a home away from home. Despite our late arrival around 10:00 PM, we were warmly welcomed and even offered dinner, which was a thoughtful gesture. “The Comfort Inn Sapphire is a great Western-style hotel close to the old city of Jaipur and a relatively short tuk-tuk (auto rickshaw) ride away from the Amber Fort (we paid 200 rupees).
In terrms of the room, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked great (offering relief from the extreme heat of Jaipur in May), the shower had solid pressure and heat, the hotel provided complimentary bottles of water daily, and, overall, made for an extremely clean, comfortable stay.

“We wanted to experience staying at a real Rajasthani haveli and Khatu Haveli worked pretty well for us. It is a old haveli built in 1860s, has multiple courtyards, very quiet despite the usual street noise outside the compound. The room comfort was good: very clean, with AC, free water bottle per day, kettle, shower with good hot water. The TV in the room has some English channels: 1 movie channel, 2 nature doc channels, and apparently some news channels (which we didn't watch). The food...

"This is a beautiful heritage hotel that I can truly recommend. The architecture, ambiance, and overall atmosphere are lovely — you really feel like you’re stepping into a piece of history. We only stayed one night, but I easily could’ve stayed longer if we’d had more time. Unfortunately, due to thunderstorms, we didn’t get a chance to try the pool.
The experience overall was good, but service brought it down slightly. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and while the setting was nice, I was served grilled chicken that was half raw. Initially, I was told I would only get a 50% reduction since I had eaten a few bites, but in the end they agreed to waive the dish. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it could have been handled more professionally.
Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, but again, the ambience of the property makes up for a lot. It’s a peaceful and memorable place to stay — and despite the hiccups, I warmly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something with charm and character."
