Located next to the Irminio nature reserve in the Ragusa area of south-east Sicily, Villa Marbella is a lovely modern villa with a private and heated infinity swimming pool. A short walk from the beach and close to the shops and restaurants in Marina di Ragusa, the villa is the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Just a few kilometres away you will find some of the most famous baroque cities: Scicli, Ragusa and Modica.

The 150 square meter villa develops over one level.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living/dining space (with sofa seating and dining table and chairs for 8 people) with large doors that open fully onto the garden. Next to the living area there is a large well-equipped kitchen (with table and chairs and sofa) and a sleeping area which consists of four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with showers). One double bedroom (with double bed), one double bedroom (with double bed), one double bedroom (with double bed) and one single room (with single bed). An eighth bed can also be added to one of the two double rooms for extra sleeping.

The first floor is not open and remains closed when the property is rented. However, there is a roof top terrace (accessed from outdoors by stairs) with lovely sea views that can be used by guests.

The outside is composed of a well-kept garden with a large terrace (with outdoor dining and seating areas) and a private heated infinity swimming pool (12x6m; 1.4m deep; salt water depuration; open all year). There is also a roof terrace (with table and chairs for 4 people and comfortable seating) and you will find an outdoor kitchen (with cooker, barbecue and dining table for 6 people), a bathroom (with shower and washing machine) and an outdoor shower.

- the water temperature the pool can reach is heavily dependant on the weather; generally, the pump increases the pool temperature up to 7 degrees more compared to outside weather.
