  • Detta charmiga hem i sluttningen ligger i Rainbow Bay, mittemot den vackra och avskilda Rainbow Bay-stranden, Eleuthera. Denna privata och fullt möblerade 2 sovrum, 2 badrum stuga ligger på 1/3 tunnland mark omgiven av frodig och mogen övegetation med vacker havsutsikt från den stora verandan. Stugan har central luftkonditionering och satellit-TV, fasttelefon, WIFI, ett mysigt vardagsrum, matkök och en utomhusdusch. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Gäst sovrummet har två enkelsängar som kan omvandlas till en king size-säng.

    Key Lime Cottage är perfekt för familjer, par och smekmånad, och ligger bokstavligen tvärs över den lilla vägen (en minuts promenad) från Rainbow Bays privata strand. Stranden själv erbjuder gnistrande vit sand och kristallklart azurblå vatten perfekt för skalning, snorkling och fiske och är en naturligt skyddad vik. Praktiska picknickbänkar, avskilda tikihytter på stranden ingår som en del av hyran. Rainbow Bay har också en privat tennisbana.

    Rainbow Bay erbjuder en av de bästa snorkelplatserna på ön. Från ovanstående bilder kan du se en liten halvö som går ut i Karibien. Det är hem för många av öns tropiska fiskar och strålar. Om du är snorkelare blir du inte besviken. Från Key Lime stuga har du också enkel tillgång till stränderna i Atlanten.

    Det är bara en mil till det hyllade Rainbow Inn, som erbjuder en av de bästa matarna på ön och livemusik många kvällar. Den närmaste marknaden för förnödenheter ligger bara några minuter bort med bil om du väljer att laga mat hemma i det fullt utrustade köket. Det finns nu också en ekologisk grönsakslantgård fem minuter norrut från villan.

    Centralt beläget på Eleuthera, är Key Lime stuga det perfekta läget för att utforska hela ön norr till söder, från Harbour Island till Lighthouse Point, 100 miles av stränder, skönhet och historia. Det är bara 15 minuter från Governor's Harbor flygplats och 25 minuter från Governor's Harbor.

    Eleuthera är en mycket vänlig och säker ö. Det är en vacker, avslappnad destination med turkosa hav och vackert soligt väder. När du kommer kommer du definitivt vill återvända.

Amazing!

Beautiful cottage, all the amenities you need, lots of useful beach items (towels, chairs, cooler bag), and 90 seconda away from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

Even though there were a few hicups, the stay was nice. Plenty of towels, snorkling gear, floats, I left some new ones in pkgs. Parking was not the best. I would stay there again or reccomend it to someone else.

Neat and comfortable cottage

Enjoyed the cottage and closeness to many beaches. Good for a couple or small family. Owner was responsive to questions and any issues that came up. Highly recommend.

Cottage is exactly as described. Just steps away from breathtaking Rainbow Beach. Owners were very quick to respond to our emails. Cottage is spotless. A very special thank you to Brenda and Lisa for making our stay so enjoyable.

Paradise!

We were looking for a house that was close to the beach with all the boxes checked. Key Lime Cottage did not disappoint. With the beautiful Rainbow Bay beach just across the street and the central location it was the perfect pick! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The communication with the owners was excellent.

Comfortable, good location

We spent a week here as a family with 2 kids and loved the cottage (and Eleuthera). Spaceous appartment, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, well equipped with all we could need, plus fins, deck chairs, hammock, and just steps away from beautiful Rainbow Beach, always good for a dip in the morning or evening. From here all of North and Central Eleuthera is easily reachable. One of the books at the cottage was very valuable: A catalogue of beaches on Eleuthera provided us with many ideas, and the feeling we would need to come back to see the other 120 beaches ;-)

Key Lime Cottage

As a couple we were looking for a simple, reasonably priced rental walking distance to the breach. This property is just what we were looking for and did not disappoint. It is charming, literally a 1 minute walk out the front door to Rainbow Beach, and everything was as advertised. Brenda was accessible and helped us out with an extra beach chair - thank you Brenda! We would definitely consider staying again.

Key lime cottage

Der Aufenthalt im Key lime cottage war sehr schön. Das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und gemütlich. Die Terrasse und der Garten waren traumhaft. Der Rainbow Beach ist direkt vor dem Haus und einer der schönsten Strände. Bei unserem Aufenthalt ging das Internet immer wieder nicht, aber Brenda hat sich direkt gekümmert und bei so einer schönen Insel brauchte man auch nicht unbedingt oft Internet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ins key lime cottage.

The house is located across the street from one of the best beaches on Eleuthera. There’s a little trail directly across the street to the beach. You are secluded by landscaping so it feels super private. The home had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again.

We spent a ton of time on Rainbow beach which was just steps away. The cottage was extremely comfortable and came equipped with everything and more!! Sarah and Brenda were responsive and so easy to reach. The place was spotless. Rainbow bay in general is the perfect location to enjoy the neighbourhood and the island. You cannot go wrong with rental. Don’t hesitate to choose Key Lime cottage.

Short visit to key lime house

It was a nice place. Across from the beach is convenient too. Just about everything you need for a comfortable visit. AC worked well. I would certainly recommend the place. I was ok with the bed but my said she was not comfortable in it at all. Only issues they need to address is they really need a set of new sharp knives and a sink stop that works. Also the TV was not working at all . We had to stream online on our devices the whole trip.

Island oasis

This was our second trip to stay at Key Lime cottage...Nice Central location and right across the street from the best beach on the island..This unit comes with everything you will need.. It has a front deck that has a partial cover and is great for hanging out..Very few neighbors at this location , so its pretty peaceful..Down the Queens highway is stores big rock and east/final for food items and places to eat.. We at at Mels and got some food on the weekend from Brendas/Billys BBQ..Make sure you stop by Glass bridge bar&grill for one of the best views and the best conch fritters I have ever had...You might even see a stingray cruising around the bay...Caretakers Brenda and her daughter Lisa, were always helpful in answering our questions and sharing knowledge about island stuff...Yes, gasoline was 6.24 a gallon and food is expensive, but eating out was pretty reasonable..We love this island for the quiet beauty there.. No fast food places, Starbucks or condos lining every beach..You might just be the only one on the beach.. We would stay here again on our next trip...

It would be kinder and more friendly if VRBO just hide it, we are travelers not cash targets for the cost +++.

The cottage was comfortable and supplied with all we needed. We met the caretakers at their Friday/Saturday Bar-b-que and we're the loveliest people. I highly recommend stopping for their food. A major highlight was the locals. Everyone was warm, friendly and delightful to talk to. I loved the relaxed vibe on the island. There were no fast food or restaurant chains in Eleuthera. I loved all the secluded beaches. A busy beach might have had 12-15 people. the views were all breathtaking.We traveled the island north to south stopping at different beaches, Twin Coves, Surfers Beach, Ten Bay, Tay Bay, Rainbow Bay, Tippy's beach, Harbor Island, to name a few. We explored caves and snorkeled and met other vacationers. We ate at Tippy's Restaurant, Harbor Pointe, Delish restaurant, Rainbow Inn restaurant, and several small take out places like DJ's Cafe and Cravings. I would recommend them all.I recommend Eleuthera Island and Key Lime Cottage to friends, family, and strangers.

It is directly across from the Rainbow Bay Beach. We had 1 day where the power was out for about 5 hours but there were plenty of candles & a flashlight. Bottled water was provided. The master bed is very hard, but I made it work. Plenty of linens & beach supplies.
