“The lady on reception last night was lovely. Showed us round the facilities and to my room. Bedroom was clean and tidy. Was going for an operation so want able to do breakfast but I’d definitely book again and bring my girls. The hotel was a lovely old manor style house with all its features.”

“A beautiful room, so relaxing. We loved it all. Only shame was that always greeted with empty reception, but didn’t have to wait too long x”

“Lovely stay - fast check in, great lunch in the restaurant and an even better breakfast was had. We got a b&b deal through Expedia which included a full continental breakfast for starters and then a hot meal. I had eggs Benedict and my husband had the full English. Very nice setting and outlook. Only downside is that the room gets very hot - had to use the fan all night. And then there were some noisy occupants above us who decided to put tv on around 2am!!”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, close to Cleveland shoppingcenter. Nice view from room ”

“The room smelled badly of smoking. 🚬 staff were okay. Area was sketchy. Sorry but I can’t recommend this place.”

“Mysigt och gemytligt ställe. Mycket serviceinriktad personal, god mat!”

“Mouldy, worn down hotel in rough hoods.”

“Very friendly staff. Great breakfast.”

“Lovely property in a nice quiet spot in walking distance to lovely pun serving great food.”

“Jag sov 7 timmar där och sedan åkte jag vidare, så jag hade ingen möjlighet att utforska varken hotellet eller området.”

“Very poor quality sofa bed, should be 2 singles for adults or children.”

“Lovely staff, friendly people. Huge carpark, reasonably priced bar. Comfy bed, loads of hot water and an actual bath! Close to town but lots of green around the hotel. Always first choice to stay here when we're visiting family in Boro”

“The staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room we received was very comfortable and clean. Parking was available near the hotel.”

“Very noisy room. I couldn't get to sleep. Ask to move at 1230am to quiet room but they couldn't move us. Breakfast poor too. Noise of traffic, police cars and drunken people.”
