“Rooms had no towels,soap or toilet paper! No staff at desk to get any. They said free breakfast, it was only coffee! Roaches everywhere! I will Never stay there again! Worst hotel Ever! Need to be closed down”

I went for breakfast at 8:35 (open until 9) and there was only 2 pieces of wheat bread, cereal and a few drops of waffle batter left. Juice was out of order and the rest (including milk, yogurt, hot food) was all empty. No staff to be seen, much less to offer any other food options. “Mycket nöjd med våra fem dygn på hotellet. All personal var mycket professionella och trevliga. Bra frukost och gratis parkering. Rummet var perfekt och städningen mycket bra.”

“Room was a little warn down. I really hate to see hair on the bathroom. Also, the floors all seemed to need to be caulked or sealed better - dirty just found is easy in the crevices. Room stayed cold. Breakfast was great!”

“Bra hotell utanför centrala Memphis, men i ett lugnt område med restauranger och affärer. Enkelt att ta sig till Baele St, National Civil Rights Museum och Graceland med bil. Skön säng, rent, bra parkering.”

“A central elevator was out of service forcing a longer walk to another at the side of the building. I thought it was odd to still see signs claiming vending was available on my floor when it was not, more unnecessary walking. Room was clean and decent with plenty of food choices surrounding the hotel, I walked to the adjoining taco themed restaurant for an excellent quesadilla and would recommend.”
