Summary:
Spacious and inviting one bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment located 5 minutes from North Hills and 7 minutes from Downtown Raleigh. This apartment is fully equipped for guests who are in need of longer term stays. Please each out to us if you have any questions about your reservation duration. We do allow up to two dogs with a pet fee. This home does have a 30 day minimum per HOA guidelines.

The Space:
Open and updated with plenty of natural light through out. This space is set up to feel inviting and homelike. The master bedroom boasts a king sized bed, the space is very large with huge walk-in closet. Spacious and airy living space with plenty of seating for relaxing in the living room. Kitchen space has all you could need to prepare meals at home, two barstools look into the kitchen.

Guest Access:
Guests go through a locked corridor to enter the apartments, we are on the second floor and there is not an elevator.

Interaction with Guests:
Host will be available by messaging or call but give guest privacy during their stay.
