You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Raleigh, less than 10 minutes from downtown and 2 minutes to I-40. This recently renovated home has everything you need: 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath with tub & shower, fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, washer & dryer. There are 3 smart TVs, blazing fast Fiber internet, and a desk in the 3rd bedroom/office for any work needs. Outside is a fully fenced-in backyard with privacy fence and outdoor dining table. Dogs are welcome too, and we have a welcome basket just for them!

Our home provides:
Living room with large smart TV, games, puzzles & books. Dining area, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. New deck with lockable gates for your little ones or pets, grassy front & back yards.

3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - queen bed, smart TV, closet & dresser
Bedroom 2 - queen bed, smart TV, closet & dresser
Bedroom 3 - single bed, desk (can use as office), closet & dresser
(Note: We do have a Pack n Play available for use during your stay for $20; let us know if you need it and we'll have it delivered before your stay).

NO PARTIES - as per Raleigh's short-term rental statutes, no parties are permitted.

We stayed for one month and while I think the home is fine for a short stay it was a little inconvenient for a longer booking. You can only enter/exit through the back gate and door which made things inconvenient if you’re coming and going separately from your other guests. I work late so arriving home after my mother when she was asleep caused an issue as she had to either leave the gate unlatched or physically come open the front door for me as we weren’t given a code or key. There is also a bus stop in the front yard which I think should be disclosed in the listing since they run from 8am-midnight every day of the week and the brakes and announcements are quite loud. I never felt unsafe but it was a little annoying to hear every 30 minutes, but if you aren’t going to be in the rental much it’s not a big issue. Otherwise the backyard is very nice and securely fenced in and the bedrooms and kitchen are adequate.

Had a lovely stay just outside of Downtown Raleigh. I really liked how close the home is from everything we wanted to see in Raleigh. Less than 8 mins from most important destinations. The beds were very comfortable as well and it suited our needs for a quick weekend visit especially with our dog who loved the fenced in backyard.

This property is definitely not worth looking at! We didn’t even stay, do to feeling unsafe! - property wasnt inviting upon arrival. Horrible outdoor lighting- trash was over flowing - fails to mention there’s a bus stop in front yard. As we were pulling away to find somewhere different to stay there was a man sleeping - yard needed cared for - upon entry it was musty - bathroom had mildew around tub- cabinet drawers were gross- kitchen table cushions were nasty, not to mention the table seemed like it was on the verge of collapsing - back door had one lock and looked like it could be kicked in. Very old door.- front door did have two locks but the deadbolt wouldn’t turn into the door jam very far seemed like it wasn’t matched up with opening. - property manager was responsive. He was disappointed we didn’t approve of house but did say he’d refund. - owners said property was acceptable and denied refund. - I was in town for a surgery and was not going to stay somewhere i felt unsafe. - we spent less than an hour at the property. Supposedly it’s in an up and coming neighborhood but I don’t believe that. Safety was our number one concern and then the overall dirtiness of the place was our second. Maybe my expectations were too high but I’d rather read a review alerting me to this stuff and then make my own decision about renting. This is my first time ever having an issue with a Vrbo I rented. I will cont. to rent from Vrbo.

Family and Doggie Stay

We loved the shady and privacy fenced-in back yard and toys for our two boxers. Easy communication with owners. Comfortable seating for our family of five. Clean bedding and towels. Appreciated the laundry and bathroom supplies and clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again.

Place just as described. Fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and close to shipping/freeway. Owners responded almost immediately to any messages. Only issue was a dishwasher that stopped working. They offered to replace it immediately or we could take a partial refund and they would replace after we left. We took the refund but the response is exactly what you would want from a responsive owner!! And they sent the refund immediately. Excellent!!

Great spot for a concert at Coastal Credit Union

Raleigh Trip

The house was great, but could have been dusted and swept before we arrived. There were doggy furballs in the hallway, and doggy hair on the bed. The location was convenient, but the neighborhood didn’t feel the safest. There was also a crack in the living room window. Based on the activity around the house, we would not have spent time outside. The kitchen was not very well stocked with pots. We had to cook things in shifts because there was no large frying pan. The large pot provided was very beat up with teflon flaking off. I had to purchase stirring utensils in order to cook. The house was comfortable and has a lot of potential if these things are addressed.

Great place!

Booked this as a long term stay (~1 month) and really enjoyed the house! It was very comfortable and well equipped with all of the necessities. It’s centrally located and just a short drive away from stores and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive throughout my stay and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Sketchy neighborhood

Neighborhood is very old with several run down houses near. House was reasonably clean. Bus stop at front yard added noise. Gun shots nearby at 11pm had us packing and departing in the middle of the last night. Dirty dishes were left out with the hasty departure.
