This spacious, 3-level home is located in a walkable neighborhood with access to the Booker Creek Trail and Cedar Falls park/playground nearby. There are 4 bedrooms (2 Queen and 2 Full beds), all with premium hybrid mattresses. An additional full size mattress made of 6” memory foam is also available for a 9th guest if needed. Three full bathrooms make mornings easy, and the kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, and everything you need to cook or bake. The front living room offers peace and quiet, and 2 additional, large family rooms with wall-mounted screens enable you to stream movies, sports games, etc. The WiFi is Google fiber. There are also plenty of interactive activities in-house, including a ping pong table, Xbox One, board games, card decks and poker chips. The backyard is fenced with a deck, lots of overhead trees for shade, and a fire pit for relaxing and s’mores. Eastgate, Ram’s Plaza and Timberlyne Shopping Centers are 5 minutes away for groceries and restaurants. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal, this relaxing home offers a welcoming atmosphere. I’m happy to assist with any questions and look forward to your visit! NOTE: I am the homeowner and live here part-time. I keep staple foods in top shelves of pantry with bottom shelf cleared for you. Fridge/freezer will be empty and clean. Personal clothing and other items are stored away in closets. Home thoroughly cleaned and all beds/baths made on the day of your arrival with fresh linens and towels that are ONLY used for guests. Please be aware that this is a pet friendly home. Wood floors throughout are vacuumed/mopped and furniture vacuumed/surface-cleaned the day of your arrival to prevent any stray fur from my small dog.
